"Put some clothes on, no one wants to see you naked"
I made this a while back for a typography class I took. The assignment was a cover for Print magazine with the words “black” and “white” using only the colors black and white. The words were stitched directly onto a water-soluble fabric stabilizer, and then parts were melted away. It’s just a photo, with no Photoshop. I actually want to try this technique again in a different project, as I have a TON of the stabilizer (I bought it but don’t use it much because I normally embroider on leather and silk, which can’t really get wet. I’ve also found that sometimes it makes the fabric sticky.)
